I'm a wedding and elopement photographer based in Northeast Ohio, with a serious love for road trips, beautiful places, and photographs that don't feel overly polished.
I'm probably more quiet than you might expect your photographer to be. I pay attention, I notice the little things, and I'm pretty good at knowing when to step in and when to disappear into the background. Honestly, I think that's one of the best things I bring to a wedding day.
You don't need to know how to pose, and you definitely don't need to be comfortable in front of a camera. I'll guide you when you need it and leave plenty of room for the real stuff to happen.
You don't have to know what to do in front of a camera. I'll give you direction when you need it, but I'll never expect you to spend your wedding day performing for photographs. You should actually get to enjoy it.
Ease
Your wedding doesn't need to look like anyone else's. I care about why you chose the place, the people you invited, the things you made time for, and the parts of the day that matter most to you.
Intention
I'm there to actually pay attention. To the way your dad looks at you before the ceremony. The hands reaching for each other during dinner. The friend who can't stop laughing. The things that happen when nobody thinks the camera is watching.

Get to know me better
I'm naturally easy going and calm, and I bring that energy into every wedding day. I'm there to guide you when you need it, but I'm never forcing moments or over directing. Some of the best parts of your day happen when you're not thinking about the camera at all. Here, we let the experience shape the image.
I pay attention to the in between moments. The tear rolling down your cheek during your vows, the hug from grandpa, the deep breath before you walk down the aisle. I live for the quiet excitement that builds throughout the day, they are the things that end up meaning the most later.
My husband says I'm the most introverted person he has ever met and I'd like to think that is my super power. The ability to step back & let your love lead the way - so you can have photos with depth, honesty & grit.

10 year old Maddie was gifted a Canon point and shoot camera. I carried this camera everywhere and forced my sisters to "model" for me. I loved being creative and capturing everything around me.

My then boyfriend (now husband) bought me a canon rebel t7 kit for my birthday this year. I LOVED this camera and it quickly jumpstarted this adventure. We would wander on the trails at Mill Creek and I would take pictures of the ducks. (I remember thinking they were so cool, they weren't lol). I then thought well if I like photographing animals maybe I should try people? I did a couple shoots for free and instantly fell in love.

Flash forward through our wedding and welcoming our first child, I decided to have another go at photography. But this time for real, I started my business Auburn Radiance (so cheesy I know but we all start somewhere lol). I started offering sessions for like $50 and thought it was so cool that people trusted me with these memories. I threw myself head first into photography and learned everything I could.

In a wild turn of events I ended up shooting my very first wedding. INSTANTLY I was in love and knew this was the job for me. I learned so much at that wedding, I used flash for the first time and was introduced to my new love, the 24-70 lens. IYKYK. From here on I second shot any chance I got and booked a couple of my own weddings this year.

The year I fully committed to going full time with my business and started pursuing more weddings, booking an entire year working every single weekend. I started developing my brand, created my first website and made some amazing connections with my couples and other wedding vendors.

After shooting lots of big weddings I realized that my personality and goals in life aligned me more with intimate weddings and elopements. I slowly began becoming more selective with who I booked and prepped for my first leave away from my business to welcome our second baby. That brings us to present day, where I have this business I adore & pour my heart into.
